Export workpapers to your computer
Follow these steps to export workpapers in Engagement Manager to your computer.

- When you export workpapers, Engagement Manager doesn't check them out. Anyone can open and edit exported workpapers.
- You can export multiple files of the same type to a PDF or ZIP file. You can export multiple files of different types (Word, Excel, and PDF) to a ZIP file.
- You can also export Guided Assurance documents and Engagement Manager report-type documents. They’ll download as PDFs in the ZIP file.
- In Engagement Manager, select theWorkpaperstab of the engagement with the workpapers you want to export.
- Mark the checkboxes for the workpapers you want to export, then right-click on one of them and selectExport.
- Select one of the following options:
- PDF
- SelectIndividualif you want to send a separate PDF for each file, thenSave.
- SelectCombinedto send all files in 1 PDF, thenSave.
- ZIP
- The workpaper will download to your computer in the format you chose in the previous step.
