Export workpapers to your computer

Follow these steps to export workpapers in Engagement Manager to your computer.
note
  • When you export workpapers, Engagement Manager doesn't check them out. Anyone can open and edit exported workpapers.
  • You can export multiple files of the same type to a PDF or ZIP file. You can export multiple files of different types (Word, Excel, and PDF) to a ZIP file.
  • You can also export Guided Assurance documents and Engagement Manager report-type documents. They’ll download as PDFs in the ZIP file.
  1. In Engagement Manager, select the
    Workpapers
     tab of the engagement with the workpapers you want to export.
  2. Mark the checkboxes for the workpapers you want to export, then right-click on one of them and select
    Export
    .
  3. Select one of the following options:
    • PDF
      • Select
        Individual
        if you want to send a separate PDF for each file, then
        Save
        .
      • Select
        Combined
         to send all files in 1 PDF, then
        Save
        .
    • ZIP
  4. The workpaper will download to your computer in the format you chose in the previous step.
