Scan a workpaper into Engagement Manager

You can scan workpapers directly into an Engagement Manager engagement with a TWAIN-compliant scanner.
important
The first time you scan into Engagement Manager, you'll be prompted to install Dynamic Web TWAIN. Select the link in the message bar to begin the download and installation. You can leave the checkboxes unmarked in the
Optional addon features for Web TWAIN SDK
 screen, then select
Skip
. Sign out of Engagement Manager and sign in again once the installation is complete.
  1. In Engagement Manager, select the
    Workpapers
     tab and then the folder where you want to add the workpaper.
  2. Select
    Add
    , then
    Workpaper
    .
  3. Load the workpaper into your scanner.
  4. Select
    Scan
     from the
    Source
     dropdown, then
    Next
    .
  5. Select the applicable scanning options, then
    Scan
    .
    We recommend a scanning resolution of 400 DPI.
  6. Your scanned pages will display in the preview window. Make sure that the page is scanned properly and select
    Next
    .
    • You can use the preview window toolbar to rotate, delete, and shift pages.
    • If a page scanned incorrectly, you can delete it and rescan it without closing the Add Workpaper window.
  7. Select
    Next
    . Enter the
    Workpaper Properties
     and select
    Done
    .
