Verify linked engagement data in Microsoft Word

You can use Word settings to shade all linked data in a workpaper. This makes variables easy to find in your Word document, and helps you verify linked engagement data.
Follow these steps to turn on field shading in Word.
  1. In Word, select
    File
    , then
    Options
    .
  2. Select
    Advanced
     and go to the
    Show document content
     section.
  3. Select
    Always
     from the
    Field shading
     dropdown.
  4. Select
    OK
    .
