Importing an audio file as an annotation
- Open the document to be annotated.
- Choose, or right-click the document in theEditAnnotationsAudioWatchwindow and chooseAudiofrom the context menu.
- Click on the document where you want the audio annotation icon to appear.
- In theAudio recorderdialog, choose.FileImport
- Navigate to the audio file and select it.
- Select theOpenbutton to import and play the file.
- When a document with audio annotations is sent to a file or email recipient with theInclude annotationscheckbox marked in theSend todialog, the PDF includes a button that a reader can select to play the annotation.
- Audio annotations do not appear on printed documents or on documents transmitted to NetClient CS.
