Deleting archive information
Use this procedure to delete the volume icons and the archive history for the current drawer, if applicable. This process does not delete archived documents, which remain in the location in which they were archived. Archived documents can be restored at any time.
- Choose .
- Select theDelete archiveoption.
- Select theContinuebutton. FileCabinet CS gathers all archive information for existing drawers.noteThis process may take up to several minutes.
- In the left pane, highlight the archive you want to delete and select theSelectbutton to move the archive to the right pane.
- Select theDeletebutton.
- SelectYesto confirm that you want to delete the archive information.
