Folders to Archive dialog

Use this dialog to select items for an archive.

To open this dialog, select the Continue
button in the

Archive Options

dialog when the Create archive
option is selected.

Fields & buttons

All contents of selected drawers

Select this option to archive the entire contents for all selected drawers.

Specific folders of selected drawers

Select this option to choose a date range if you want to archive folders with names that include dates, or to choose specific folders.

Include all folders named within this date range
- Mark this checkbox and enter a date range.

tip

You can select the arrows in the date fields and select dates from a calendar.

Include explicitly selected folders
- Mark this checkbox and then mark checkboxes in the list for specific folders to be archived.
