Scheduling an unattended call with CS Connect

  1. Choose
    File
    CS Connect
    .
  2. In the
    CS Connect
    dialog, select the
    Call CS Connect
    option.
  3. Select the
    Later
    option and use the provided fields to select a date and time for the call.
  4. Mark the appropriate checkbox in the
    Purpose of this call
    section of this dialog.
  5. Select the
    Begin Countdown
    button. The
    CS Connect Countdown
    dialog opens to indicate the status of the selected call.
