Converting data formats

To store your FileCabinet CS data on an SSE, Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (or later) server, follow these steps.

Create an SQL data location.

Copy drawers from your current data location to the SQL data location.

The conversion from the structured storage format to the database format occurs automatically during the copy process.

A similar conversion occurs when you copy data from data locations with the database format to data locations with the structured-storage format.
