Rebuilding folder links
Rebuilding folder links ensures that documents are correctly associated with user-defined folders after being converted to the database format. Follow these steps to rebuild folder links.
- Choose and select theRebuild folder linksbutton.
- Highlight the drawers for which you want to rebuild folder links and select theSelectbutton to move them to the right pane.
- Select theRebuildbutton.
- SelectYeswhen notified that the process can take several minutes.
- SelectDoneto close the repair dialog.
