Delete Document dialog [Edit menu]

Show all hidden content
Use this dialog to confirm the deletion of the selected document, and to specify whether to delete the document only from the current folder or from all folders for the open drawer.
This dialog opens automatically when you choose
Edit
Delete Document
, or when you use the
Delete Document
 toolbar button.

Fields & buttons

Document information
Displays the drawer, folder, and name associated with the selected document.
Delete this document from the current folder but retain the document in other associated folders or {Not yet filed}
Use this option to delete the selected document from the current folder only. The selected document will maintain any previous associations with folders other than the current folder and will be deleted only from the drawer that is currently open. If the selected document is not associated with other folders and it is not a document from a CS Professional Suite application, it will be placed in the
{Not yet filed}
 folder.
note
This option is not available for documents associated with CS Professional Suite applications.
Delete this document from all folders in the drawer
Use this option to delete all instances of the selected document for the current drawer.
