Copying or moving folders between data locations
When you copy drawers between data locations in FileCabinet CS, you have the option to move or copy documents from only the folders that you specify.
- Follow the steps in the copying drawers between data locations topic and mark one of the following checkboxes in theOptionssection.
- Mark theCopy documents from selected folders onlycheckbox to copy all documents from folders that you select to the selected destination location.
- Mark theMove documents from selected folders onlycheckbox to move all documents from folders that you select to the selected destination location.
- TheSelect Foldersdialog opens automatically when you click one of the checkboxes. Mark the checkboxes in this dialog to select the desired folders and selectOK.noteYou can use theSelect Foldersbutton to re-open this dialog if you need to update your folder selections.
