FileCabinet CS: Custom toolbar for Microsoft Office
FileCabinet CS installs an add-in for supported versions of Microsoft Office (32-bit) that enables you to print or embed documents from specific Microsoft Office applications.

This feature is also available in Microsoft Office applications in the Virtual Office CS and Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.

Embed

The custom toolbar buttons can be hidden in FileCabinet CS, or from within Microsoft Office.
In FileCabinet CS
- Choose
- Mark theHide custom toolbar in Microsoft Office applications checkboxon theMisctab.
- Close and reopen the Microsoft Office applications for this option to take effect.
In Microsoft Office applications
- ChooseFile>Options.
- SelectAdd-Insin the left pane.
- Select theCOM Add-insfrom the Manage drop-down list at the bottom of the dialog.
- SelectGo
- Clear the checkbox next for FileCabinet CS to disable the FileCabinet CS add-in.
- SelectOK.
- Repeat these steps for other Microsoft Office applications to in which you want to turn off the add-in.
Selecting Add-in options in Outlook
Microsoft Outlook integration features enable you to print email messages to FileCabinet CS when sending email. And you can also send email attachments to FileCabinet CS when printing email. Use the following steps to perform these actions.
- ChooseFile>Options.
- SelectAdd-Insin the left pane.
- HighlightFileCabinet CSin theActive Application Add-inssection of the pane.
- Select theAdd-in Optionsbutton and mark any of the options available for the FileCabinet CS add-in.
- SelectOK.
