Error: File exists C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRTPROCS\w32x86\csintprt.dll

If the FileCabinet CS or FileCabinet CS Virtual Office print driver has previously been installed on the computer, the Windows print spooler may hold the
csintprt.dll
 file open, which will prevent you from reinstalling and replacing the file. If this happens, you will receive an error message that the
csintprt.dll
 file is in use, or that it already exists.
To resolve this error, you can temporarily pause the Windows print spooler, delete the file, and restart the print spooler.
  1. Select the
    Start
     button and choose
    All Programs
     >
    Accessories
    .
  2. Right-click
    Command Prompt
     and choose
    Run as Administrator
    .
  3. In the
    Administrator: Command Prompt
     window, enter
    net stop spooler
     and press ENTER.
  4. In My Computer or in Windows Explorer, navigate to the location that appears in the error message (most likely
    C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRTPROCS\w32x86
    ) and delete
    csintprt.dll
    .
  5. In the
    Administrator: Command Prompt
     window, enter
    net start spooler
     and press ENTER.
  6. Enter
    exit
     to close the command prompt.
  7. Run the desktop setup to reinstall the driver.
