Using the FileCabinet CS Virtual Office print driver

  1. In the Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, select the
    Applications
    link in the navigation pane.
    note
    If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to applications through Virtual Office CS or SaaS.
  2. Select the the FileCabinet CS application icon to open the application.
  3. If you haven’t already done so, download the FileCabinet CS Virtual Office Print Driver.
  4. Open a locally installed application.
  5. Choose
    File
    Print
    .
  6. In the
    Print
    dialog, choose
    FileCabinet CS Virtual Office
    as the printer.
  7. Select
    OK
    .
  8. The
    FileCabinet CS Driver Documents
    dialog opens. Specify the drawer and folder in which the file should be stored and then select the
    Print
    button.
The file prints to FileCabinet CS in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment. To view the file, open FileCabinet CS through Virtual Office CS or SaaS and navigate to the drawer and folder you specified in step 8.
