Designating a drawer as a contributor to NetClient CS
To successfully transmit documents to NetClient CS for Document Presentation you must be licensed for NetFirm CS and you must designate drawers as contributors to NetClient CS.
Designating an existing drawer
To designate an existing drawer as a contributor to NetClient CS, follow these steps.
- In theFolderswindow, highlight the desired drawer.
- Choose .
- Mark theDesignate this drawer as a contributor to NetClient CScheckbox.
- SelectOK.
Designating a new drawer
To designate a new drawer as a contributor to NetClient CS, follow these steps.
- Choose .
- In theNew Drawerdialog, mark theDesignate this drawer as a contributor to NetClient CScheckbox.
- Continue adding information for the new drawer as normal.

- TheDesignate this drawer as a contributor to NetClient CScheckbox is available only for users licensed for NetFirm CS.
- When a drawer has been designated as a contributor to NetClient CS a{NetClient CS}folder appears in theFolderswindow for the drawer if the drawer already has documents present. If the drawer does not have documents present, the{NetClient CS}folder appears as soon as a document is stored for the drawer.
