Determining your database size and total document count
In certain scenarios, you may want to know how large your FileCabinet CS database is, or how many documents your database contains. Use the following information to determine both the size of your database and the number of documents you have.
- Choose .
- Select theDrawer Listoption, and then chooseDocument Countin theSortfield.
- SelectContinue.
- UseSelect Allto move all of your clients to the right side, and then selectPreview.
The last page of the report will display the total size of your database and the total number of documents.
