Determining your database size and total document count

In certain scenarios, you may want to know how large your FileCabinet CS database is, or how many documents your database contains. Use the following information to determine both the size of your database and the number of documents you have.
  1. Choose
    File
    Print Reports
    .
  2. Select the
    Drawer List
     option, and then choose
    Document Count
     in the
    Sort
     field.
  3. Select
    Continue
    .
  4. Use
    Select All
     to move all of your clients to the right side, and then select
    Preview
    .
The last page of the report will display the total size of your database and the total number of documents.
