Use this tab to view details about the files that are installed with FileCabinet CS. If you access FileCabinet CS through Virtual Office CS or SaaS environments, you can also update your user name in this tab.
To open this tab, choose
Help
Repair
and go to the
Misc
tab.

The File Details feature displays only files that are part of the FileCabinet CS application.

Fields & buttons

View File Details
Use this button to show a list of common FileCabinet CS application files by name, version, size in bytes, and the date and time they were last used by FileCabinet CS.
Reset Print Jobs
Use this button to clear all documents that were printed to FileCabinet CS and that were left in a pending state. This option is available only when issues prevent the successful printing of documents to FileCabinet CS.
If you select the
Reset print jobs
button, you will have to re-send any pending FileCabinet CS print jobs.
Update User Name
If you run FileCabinet CS through Virtual Office CS or SaaS environments, use this button to update your user name from a hash ID to a user name in the Event History log for all data locations. This process may take several minutes depending on the amount of data and the resources available.
