Drawer List Presentation Options dialog

Show all hidden content
Use this dialog to sort and focus the
Drawer
 list or to sort drawer contents.
To open this dialog, select the
Sort
 button above the
Folders
 window.

Fields & buttons

Drawer ID
Use this option to sort the Drawer list by drawer ID.
Hide drawer names
Mark this checkbox to hide the drawer names within the drawer list.
note
This option is only available when the drawer list is sorted by Drawer ID.
Name
Use this option to sort the Drawer list by drawer name.
Years within each folder
Use this option to show the drawer contents in the
Folders
 window as year-designated folders within named folders.
Folders within each year
Use this option to show the drawer contents in the
Folders
 window as named folders within year-designated folders.
Focus drawer list
Mark this checkbox to limit the Drawer list to drawers with selected statuses or to drawers with specific folders.
Active
Mark this checkbox to show drawers with an
Active
 status in the Drawer list.

  • This checkbox is available only when the
    Focus drawer list
     option is selected.
  • Drawers with the
    Active
     status are indicated in the Drawer list with the active drawer icon.
Inactive
Mark this checkbox to show drawers with an
Inactive
 status in the Drawer list.
note
  • This checkbox is available only when the
    Focus drawer list
     option is selected.
  • Drawers with the
    Inactive
     status are indicated in the Drawer list with the inactive drawer icon.
Defunct
Mark this checkbox to show drawers with a
Defunct
 status in the Drawer list.
note
  • This checkbox is available only when the
    Focus drawer list
     option is selected.
  • Drawers with the
    Defunct
     status are indicated in the Drawer list with the defunct drawer icon.
Drawers with OCR data pending export to Source Data Entry
Mark this checkbox to show drawers in the Drawer list with items that have either been sent for source-document processing and that will be sent for source-document processing. Note that this checkbox is only available if you have a license for UltraTax CS.
Drawers with selected folders
Mark the checkboxes in this list to show in the Drawer list only drawers with documents in the specified folders.
Mark all
Use this button to mark the checkboxes for all folders in the Document folders list.
Unmark all
Use this button to clear the checkboxes for all folders in the Document folders list.
