Modify/View Banner Page dialog

Use this dialog to configure banner page options before sending documents to email recipients or to a file. The first time this dialog opens, it defaults to the global options you selected in the
Setup > System Configuration > Banner
tab. You can change the options here for the current user, but changes you make in this dialog do not affect global option settings. You can use
Restore Defaults
to revert to the global option settings at any time. You can also go to the
Preview
tab to preview the banner page for the current drawer.

To use the preview feature, you must have at least one document selected in the
Send To
dialog.
To open this dialog, select the
Modify/View Banner
button in either the
Send to Email Recipient
or
Send to File Location
dialog.

Fields & buttons

Options tab
Page header
Displays the page header text for the current banner page.
First page only checkbox
Clear this checkbox if you want the page header to appear on all pages of the Banner page when links to attached documents span multiple pages. When this checkbox is marked, the page header appears only on the first Banner page.
Modify button (page header)
Use this button to open the
Modify Banner Page Header
dialog, where you can make changes to the page header.
Page border
From this drop-down list, you can select one of several banner page border options. You can also select the option to have no border on the banner page.
Banner page text
Displays the introductory text for the current banner page. You can use the default banner page text that is provided, or you can use the
Modify
button to modify or replace the banner page text.

Use this button to open the
Modify Banner Page Text
dialog, where you can make changes to the banner page text.
Banner Options button
Use this button to open the
Banner Options
dialog, where you can select options for how document links are organized in the banner page, for including document descriptions, and for including a list of documents exported as separate attachments.
Restore Defaults
Use this button to revert to the global banner page option settings in the
Setup > System Configuration > Banner
tab.
Preview tab
Page name
Displays the name of the current page. To open another page in the preview pane, choose another page name from this field.
Navigation buttons
Reverse and forward arrows
When previewing banner pages that contain multiple pages, use these buttons to view the first page, previous page, next page, or last page, respectively.
Preview pane
This pane displays a preview of the banner page. You can right-click in the preview pane to zoom in, to zoom out, or to fit the banner page to the current view.
To resize the preview pane, click and drag a corner of the Modify/View Banner Page dialog.
