Select Tax-Return Components Drop-Down dialog

Use this dropdown dialog to select the components of the tax returns you want to print or send.
This dropdown dialog is accessible from the
Print
,
Send to Email Recipient
, and
Send to File
 dialogs when the document highlighted in the
Print what
 pane or the documents list is a year 2012 or later UltraTax CS tax return. You can open this dialog by using the arrow button that appears next to the
Select
 button.

Fields & buttons

Tax Return per the Client Collation
Mark this checkbox to send or print all components from the client tax-return collation as specified when customizing the client tax-return print collation in UltraTax. Only items in the tax-return collation that are designated as "Always" or "As required" are included.
note
  • Forms and documents in the current collation that are also designated as "Never" in the UltraTax CS preparer tax-return collation, will not be printed with the client's tax-return print collation.
  • Any subsequent changes that you make to the client tax-return collation from within UltraTax CS will not be reflected in FileCabinet CS unless returns are reprinted from UltraTax CS.
Select tax return components
Mark the checkboxes for each component from the preparer tax-return collation that you want to send or print. Items in this list are designated as "Always" or "As required" in UltraTax CS preparer tax-return collation.

To have additional components appear in this list, add the components to the preparer tax-return collation in UltraTax CS.
