FileCabinet CS Reports Preview toolbar

The FileCabinet CS Preview toolbar includes buttons that you can use to quickly perform common tasks while previewing FileCabinet CS reports. This toolbar is located at the top of the report preview window.

On the left side of the window is a list of all of the items included in the preview. Select an item to view that page.

Open the preview window by selecting the Preview
button in the

Drawer Selection

dialog.

Button	Function
	Print All : Use this button to print all pages of the report.
	Print One Page : Use this button to print the current page of the report.
	Single-Page Layout : Use this button to view the report one page at a time.
	Double-Page Layout : Use this button to view the report two pages at a time.
	Hide Document List : Use this button to hide the document list during the preview. note This button is available only when you view the document list during the preview.
	Expand Document List : Use this button to expand the pages in the document list.
	Collapse Document List : Use this button to collapse the pages in the document list.
	Show Document List : Use this button to show the document list during the preview. note This button is available only when the document list is hidden during the preview.
	When viewing multiple-page reports, use this button to view the first page of the selected report. note This button is not available if the current report consists of only one page.
	When viewing multiple-page reports, use this button to view the previous page of the selected report. note This button is not available if the current report consists of only one page.
	When viewing multiple-page reports, use this button to view the next page of the selected report. note This button is not available if the current report consists of only one page.
	When viewing multiple-page reports, use this button to view the last page of the selected report. note This button is not available if the current report consists of only one page.
	Use this button to close the preview window.
