Layout of Advanced Security menu options
FileCabinet CS has the ability to limit what employees can do through User & Group Security.
Open and enable
Advanced Security
. You will then be able to assign permissions to each of the individual groups.The following is a breakdown of the different areas for which you can restrict access for each group.

Open/Access FileCabinet CS | This option controls the ability to open FileCabinet CS directly or access FileCabinet through an integrated application, which includes items such as printing to FileCabinet or backing up client data to FileCabinet CS. | Allow/Restrict |

Conversion Utility | This option controls the ability to open FileCabinet CS Conversion Utility dialog where drawers can be converted to single or multiple-file format. | Allow/Restrict |
Send Email Recipient / File | This option controls access to Send to Email Recipient and Send to File Location dialogs | Allow/Restrict |
Banner Page Global Options | This option controls access to the Banner tab in System Configuration where global banner page options are selected. | Allow/Restrict |
Add/Edit Default Naming Buttons | This option controls the ability to add or edit a default naming button on the Image Names of System Configuration for use with the Scan Pages and Image Groups dialogs. | Allow/Restrict |
Delete Default Naming Buttons | This option controls the ability to delete default naming buttons from the Image Names tab of System Configuration. | Allow/Restrict |
Event History Log | This option controls the ability to change the number of events retained in the event history on the Misc tab of System Configuration. | Allow/Restrict |
Email Text Global Options | This option controls access to the Email Text tab in System Configuration where global email text is set. | Allow/Restrict |
