Use this dialog to specify system defaults for the system-generated email text that is inserted into all emails created from within FileCabinet CS.
To open this tab, choose and go to the
Email Text
tab.Fields & buttons
Email text when password option is not selected
Displays the default introductory text for non-password protected PDF files that are sent to e-mail.
Email text when password option is selected
Displays the default introductory text for password-protected PDF files that are sent to e-mail.
note
You must separately communicate passwords to email recipients.
Modify buttons
Use these buttons to make global changes to the default email text for PDF files sent to email.
note
To modify the email message text for the current user only, select the
Send to Email recipient
button in the FileCabinet CS toolbar or choose , and select the Modify/View Email Text
button.Restore Defaults button
Use this button to revert to the original FileCabinet CS default email text for both password-protected and non-password protected PDF files.
note
If you select this button after choosing and selecting the
Modify / View Email Text
button, email text is restored to the global default email text, which is entered after choosing , and selecting the Email Text
tab.
