System Configuration / Banner tab

Use this dialog to specify application defaults for the banner page that can be inserted as the first page of system-generated PDF files sent to email or to a file. The banner page contains links to each document included within the PDF.
To open this tab, choose
Setup
System Configuration
and go to the
Banner
tab.

This tab is not available if your security configuration is set to restrict access to the
System Configuration
dialog and you did not enter the master password in the
Security
tab.

Fields & buttons

Page header
Displays the current page header text for any banner pages that you choose to include with system-generated PDF files that are sent to email or file.
First page only checkbox
Mark this checkbox if you want the page header to appear only on the first banner page. When this checkbox is clear, the page header appears on all pages of a banner page when links to attached documents span multiple pages.
Modify button (page header)
Use this button to open the
Modify Banner Page Header
dialog, where you can make changes to the page header.
Page border
From this drop-down list, you can select one of several banner page border options. You can also select the option to have no border on the banner page.
Banner page text
Displays the current introductory text for any banner pages that you choose to include with system-generated PDF files that are sent to email or file. You can use the default banner page text that is provided, or you can use the
Modify
button to modify or replace the default banner page text.

Select this button to open the
Modify Banner Page Text
dialog, where you can make changes to the banner page text.
Banner Options button
Select this button to open the
Banner Options
dialog, where you can select options for how document links are organized in banner pages, for including document descriptions, and for including a list of documents exported as separate attachments.
