Uninstalling FileCabinet CS

If you want to uninstall FileCabinet CS from your computer or network and do not intend to reinstall FileCabinet CS, your firm's IT professional can uninstall the application and remove files and folders.
Uninstalling FileCabinet CS from a workstation will remove the program from a server installation if present. We recommend consulting with your qualified IT professional before uninstalling.

  • Any data from any data path.
  • Uninstalling FileCabinet CS will not delete families, custom document names, or custom document folders.

  • User History, used for the Recent Activity section of the Home Page.
To save this information:
  1. Choose
    File
    Backup
    .
  2. Select
    System Settings
     from the drop down menu.
  3. Select
    Select All
    .
  4. Select
    Modify Backup Location
     and select a destination location for the backup to reside.
  5. Select
    Backup
    .
