Create a custom field

To create a custom field for matter or contact/client forms:

You can create up to 10 customized fields.

Enable Admin mode
by selecting it from your profile dropdown.

Select Customization

Select Matter Form
or Contact/Client Form
. To create the same custom field for both forms you need to create that field for each form.

Enter a label and choose a field type, and select Save
.
