Add a location to an asset

Follow these steps to add a location to an asset, and assign assets to the new location.

If you're working in UltraTax CS, make sure you're on the Asset
tab.

Select Setup
, then Associations
.

Mark the Location
checkbox, then select Properties
.

Select Add
and enter a description for the location.

Select Enter
to save the new location, then OK
to close the window.

Assign assets to the new location

Select Edit
, then Reassign Assets
.

Select the assets to assign and move them to the right side.

Select Location
from the Category
field.

Select the location entry from the Value
field.

Select Reassign
.
