Depreciation amounts in red
Depreciation amounts displayed in red are forced overrides.
To remove the override amount and let the calculated amount appear, right-click on the amount, then select
Delete Override
. To remove all current depreciation overrides from a client, from the Asset List window select
Edit
, then Delete All Current Depr Overrides

Depreciation data converted to UltraTax CS or Fixed Assets CS data from another application will display all current depreciation amounts in red, even when they're equal to the program calculated amounts. If your depreciation data was converted from another software provider, you shouldn't delete the overrides.
