Enter Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit information

Perform the following steps to enter Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit information.

Open the client and, if necessary, select an activity folder.

In the

Asset List

window, select the Add
button to add an asset, or select the asset and select the Modify
button.

Select the proper link to view the remaining steps.

If you have not previously entered this credit information for the current asset, perform these steps.

From the dropdown list for the Credit
field, select the credit code A
.

In the

Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit

window, enter information in the proper fields.

Select OK
.

If you previously entered this credit information for the current asset and want to modify the information, perform these steps.

Select the Other
tab.

Select the Credit Information
button.

In the Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit
tab, enter information in the proper fields.

Select OK
.

Select Done
to return to the

Asset List

window.
