Enter Clean Vehicle Credit information

Follow these steps to enter Clean Vehicle Credit information in the Asset module.

Open the client and, if necessary, select an activity folder.

Select Add
to add an asset, or select the asset then Modify
.

Follow the steps for 1 of these options:

If you haven't previously entered this credit information for the current asset:

From the dropdown list for the Credit/Amount
field, select either credit code M
or N
.

Enter information in the proper fields.

Select OK
.

If you previously entered this credit information for the current asset and want to modify the information:

Select the Other
tab.

Select Credit Information
.

Enter the information in the New Clean Vehicles Credit
tab.

Select OK
.

Select Done
to return to the

Asset List

window.
