Find an asset
- Open the client and, if necessary, select an activity folder.
- SelectEdit, thenFind Asset.
- Enter part of a word, an entire word, or a phrase that appears in the asset you're looking for.
- Select an item from theIndropdown list to specify where in the asset you want to search.noteThe following associations will appear in the dropdown list only if turned on for the client: Serial #, Custom (select 1 through 10), Insurance policy #, License/reg/cert #, Model #, Tag #, and Warranty #.
- SelectFind.
- Fixed Assets CS highlights the 1st asset containing the text string you entered. SelectFindagain to move to the next asset containing the text string.
