Troubleshoot a group or any association grayed out
If the Group fieldview within the asset detail is grayed out, select
Setup
, Associations
, mark the Group
checkbox, then select OK
.Any Association (Location, Division, etc.) that appears in the asset detail, will be grayed out until enabled under
Setup
, Associations
.You can enable an Association for multiple clients in Fixed Assets CS by using the Template client.
