Client template options
Select from the following options when you set up a template for new clients and transfer the template items to existing clients.
- Existing associations
- When you update existing associations, any associations already turned on for the specified clients will update with the association values you set up in the template. Association values set up for the client but not present in the template won't change or delete.
- New associations
- When you update clients with new associations, any associations set up in the template but not turned on transfer to the selected clients.
- Existing treatments
- When you update existing treatments, the treatments already turned on for the specified clients will update with the treatments values set up in the template. When you update clients with existing treatments, Fixed Assets CS automatically recalculates current depreciation. We recommend reviewing the recalculated amounts.
- New treatments
- When you update clients with new treatments, any treatments set up in the template but not turned on for the selected clients transfer to the selected clients.
- Calculation options
- When you updateSetup,Options, all settings in the selected clients'Calculationtab reset to match the settings in the template.
- Existing print profiles
- When you update clients with existing print profiles, the selected clients' current print profiles with the same name as the profiles in the template will update.
- New print profiles
- When you update clients with new print profiles, any new print profiles copy from the template to the selected clients.
