Do the following to change an existing print profile:
Open the desired client.
Select
File
then
Print
.
In the Print window, select the
Profiles
tab.
Select a profile in the list, or select
Add
.
Add or delete reports or forms from the print profile:
To add reports or forms to the print profile, select the appropriate tab (either Reports or Forms) and then double-click the reports you want to add to the profile.
The names of the reports now show in the Selected pane.
To delete reports or forms from the print profile, go to the Selected pane, highlight the reports or forms you want to remove from the profile, and then select
Remove
.
Change the necessary print options for the reports and/or forms in the print profile.
Select
Profile
.
Select
Move Up
or
Move Down
to change the collation sequence of specific reports and forms.
Select
Update
to save your changes and return to the Print window.
