Set the user-specific 2 up and duplex print options

Do the following to set print options specific to your needs for all reports and forms.
  1. In the Asset List window, select
    Setup
    ,
    User Preferences
    , and then the
    Page Layout
     tab.
  2. In the
    Duplex and 2 Up
     printing group box, select the appropriate option.
  3. If you don't want any reports to print duplex, regardless of the report's default print options, mark the
    Do not print duplex, regardless of Profile specification
     checkbox.
  4. If you don't want any reports to print 2 Up, regardless of the report's default print options, mark the
    Do not print 2 Up, regardless of Profile specification
     checkbox.
  5. Select
    OK
     to close the User Preferences window and return to the Asset List window.

You can override the options set here on a report-by-report basis.
