Definition of custom report
In addition to the standard forms and reports available in the application, you can create custom reports. Custom reports include special values and formulas.
- You can create an unlimited number of custom reports.
- When designing a report, you can define the fields to be included, the order in which they appear, and how a column should be calculated by the application.
- Each custom report automatically shifts from portrait to landscape format as necessary when you add additional columns for the report or choose a larger font size. When the width of the report layout exceeds the size for printing in landscape format, you'll receive a message stating that the report will be available for export through theExport Asset Datautility and thePrintwindow.
- All custom reports are available for printing for any client (as well as for all computers running the application on a network) and will be listed in the Custom tab in the Print dialog.
