Integration: Print Fixed Assets CS reports in UltraTax CS

If your firm is licensed for both UltraTax CS and Fixed Assets CS, you can print Fixed Assets CS reports from within UltraTax CS.
tip
To add the print profiles to multiple clients at once, use the Template client.

In Fixed Assets CS

In Fixed Assets CS, to print you need to set up a print profile.
  1. With a client open in Fixed Assets CS, select
    File
    , then
    Print
    .
  2. Select the reports to print in UltraTax CS.
  3. Select
    Profile
    , enter a profile name and mark the checkbox to print with the client and/or preparer collation in UltraTax CS.
  4. Select
    Add
    , and then
    Cancel
    .

In UltraTax CS

When the client is printed in UltraTax CS, the profiles that you selected in Fixed Assets CS to print with the client and/or preparer collation will print with the tax return.
  1. Open the client in UltraTax CS and select
    File
    , then
    Print Returns
    .
  2. Select a copy (client or preparer), then select
    Print
     or
    Preview
    .
