Reporting features
Fixed Assets CS includes the following reporting features.
- Reports information by business activity, asset location, and/or asset group.
- Lets you design and print custom reports.
- Includes depreciation summaries for the current year and projected depreciation summaries for future years.
- Prints asset depreciation summaries and asset lists by business activity, location, property tax type, or group, showing Tax, Book, State, AMT, E&P, or ACE depreciation treatments.
- Prints AMT basis adjustment and ACE basis adjustment on an asset-by-asset basis.
- Handles any number of cars for Form 4562.
- Queues from 1-9 copies of each report for unattended printing.
- Supports optional automatically condensed printing for wide reports (with good printers).
- Supports multiple printer ports and easy switching among printer types.
- Gives the ability to print only subtotals and totals for both application-defined and custom reports.
- Supports 2 up and duplex printing.
- Lets you disable the printing of the date, time, and/or borders on the reports.
- Gives the ability to print alternate line shading on reports.
- Lets you print a report options banner that lists the print options that are selected for each report.
