Client Note dialog

Use the
Client Note
 window to open, enter, or edit a note for the client.
Client notes are shared with FileCabinet CS, Practice CS, and UltraTax CS (as long as a matching TIN is entered for the client in each application), and this window contains tabs for each of the applications you have installed. The current date and time are automatically added to the text box when you select
Add Note
, so you can enter as many notes as necessary for the client and easily differentiate among them.
To open this window, select
Edit
, then
Client Note
.

Enter a date, time, and user ID for each client note entered.
Delete the client note on the selected tab.
Print the client note entered in the selected tab.
Display the history for the notes created.
Cut the selected text.
Copy the selected text.
Paste the selected text.
Remove the last action performed.
Open the
Font
 window where you can select the font type, style, size, effect, color, and script.
Open a dropdown list where you can select the font type.
Open a dropdown list where you can select the font size.
Apply bold formatting to the selected text.
Apply italic formatting to the selected text.
Apply underline formatting to the selected text.
Align the selected text to the left margin.
Align the selected text in the center.
Open the
Paragraph Layout
 window where you can specify the indentation and alignment of the selected text.
Open the
Tabs
 window where you can add and delete tab stop positions.
