Print Spooled Reports dialog

Use the
Print Spooled Reports
 window to select the clients for which you want to print spooled reports.
To open this window, select
File
, then
Print Spooled Reports
.
note
The
Print Spooled Reports
 command on the
File
 menu isn't available unless you have spooled reports or other items for later printing. Spooling reports and other items for printing at a later time.

Fields & buttons

Clients available to print
All clients who meet the criteria designated in the
Focus client listing
 group box at the bottom of this window are listed here. Select the clients you want to print and choose
Select
 to move them to the
Clients to print
 pane.
note
To sort the client listing, select the words
Client ID
,
Name
, or
Entity
 in the title bar of the list pane.
Clients to print
Lists the clients you have selected for printing.
note
  • To remove a client from this list, select the client and select
    Remove
    . The client returns to the
    Clients available to print
     pane.
  • To sort the client listing by client ID, name, or entity type, select the words
    Client ID
    ,
    Name
    , or
    Entity
     in the title bar of the list pane.
Focus client listing
You can limit the clients that are available for selection in this window. Clear the checkbox for each type of client that you don’t want to include in the list.
Spooled reports group box
  • Retain reports after printing:
     Select this option to keep the reports in the spooler after printing.
  • Delete reports after printing:
     Select this option to have Fixed Assets CS automatically delete the reports after printing.
  • Delete reports without printing:
     Select this option to delete the selected reports from the spooler without printing them first. Move the clients to the
    Clients to print
     pane, then select
    Delete
    .
    note
    When you select this option,
    Print
     turns into
    Delete
    .
Printer button
Select this button to open the
Select Printer
 window in which you can change the default printer.
note
This button isn't available if you select
Delete reports without printing
.
Preview button
Select this button to preview the reports on screen before you print them.
note
This button is available only if you've moved one or more clients to the
Clients to print
 pane.
