Options for monthly or quarterly processing clients group box
Make the Current Depreciation column equal to the year-to-date depreciation
This checkbox only affects clients selected as Monthly or Quarterly in
File
, Client Properties
. When you mark this checkbox in the selected report, the current Depreciation column will display the year-to-date depreciation. For example, for a calendar-year-end monthly client in the June processing period, the Current Depreciation column would display the depreciation for January – June. For a calendar-year Quarterly client in the 3rd quarter the report would display the depreciation from January – September.Make the Current Depreciation column equal to the total current depreciation for the year
This checkbox only affects clients that have been selected as Monthly or Quarterly in
File
, Client Properties
. When you mark this checkbox in the selected report the Current Depreciation column will display the total depreciation for the year, regardless of the month or quarter you're currently processing. For example, for a calendar-year-end client the Current Depreciation column would always display the depreciation for January – December, regardless of the month or quarter you are currently processing.Other options group box

Mark this checkbox to print only the current-year bonus amounts in the Bonus column.
Deduct dispositions and transfers from the Current Depreciation column
Mark this checkbox to deduct from the Current Depreciation column the amount of current depreciation associated with disposed and transferred assets.
Print the Bonus Amt column instead of the Salvage Value column
Mark this checkbox to print the Bonus Amt column instead of the Salvage Value column in the current report.
Print assets with a future year date in service
Mark this checkbox to include assets with a future year data in service in the current report.
Print the LKE Depreciation Carryover amount in a separate column
Mark this checkbox to print the like-kind exchange depreciation carryover amount in a separate column.
Print asset count
Mark this checkbox to show the total number of assets included in each subtotal and the grand total.
Print only current year Section 179 in the Section 179 column
Mark this checkbox to show only the current-year Section 179 amounts for assets instead of current and prior-year Section 179 amounts for assets.
Print separate totals for intangible and other assets
Mark this checkbox to show separate totals for intangible and other assets in the current report.
