The Association Detail report prints the values entered for all associations that maintain lists. Use this tab to select the associations for which values will be printed on the Association Detail report.

This tab is available only if you're licensed for the Fixed Assets Inventory module.
To open this tab, open the Fixed Assets Inventory module, select
Inventory
,
Print
,
Reports
in the Inventory tab, double-click the
Association Detail report,
select
Options
, then the
Association Detail
tab.
To open the Print window for an inventory that's been finalized, select the inventory in the Inventory wndow, then
Reports
.

Fields & buttons

Include all associations
This checkbox is marked by default. If you want to exclude certain associations, clear this checkbox and select the specific associations (such as group, location, division, and/or [custom associations]) you want to exclude from the report.
Exclude from report
Lists the items to be excluded from the selected report or worksheet.
Include in report
Lists the items to be included in the selected report or worksheet.

The separate license needed to access the Inventory Module is named DINVNAME.DAT.
  • You first need to verify if the firm is licensed for the Inventory module in Flash or EMS. If they are, have the user download their licenses. If the firm encounters issues downloading their licenses, you can download the firm's license, rename their DWNAME.DAT to DINVNAME.DAT, and then email the license file you created to the firm.
    Never walk an external user through renaming their DWNAME.DAT license. This is to be completed internally only if a firm is having problems with downloading their licenses.
  • If the firm is not licensed for the Inventory module, you will need to submit an EMS Help Desk ticket so that the license can be made available to the firm through CS Connect. If the firm does not license the Inventory Module and is interested in doing so please transfer the user to Sales (x751363).
