By default, all reports include all applicable assets except those in the miscellaneous activity. However, you may specify that the selected report include only certain assets by selecting restrictions.
To open this tab, select

in the Print window, then the Select Assets 2

Include all assets
This checkbox is marked by default for each report. If you want to exclude certain assets from the selected report, clear this checkbox and then select the specific items (cost/basis, net book value, disposals, situses, review status and/or inventory status) that you want to exclude from the report.
First two categories below based on
Use this field to select the Tax or Book treatment for selecting cost/basis and net book value.

If you want to print a subset of assets for the selected report (rather than all assets included in the current inventory), select the categories to include or exclude.
Exclude from worksheet
Lists the items (cost/basis, net book value, disposals, situses, review status, or inventory status) to exclude from the selected report.
Include in worksheet
Lists the items (cost/basis, net book value, disposals, situses, review status, or inventory status) to include in the selected report.
Include memo assets marked as excluded from non PPT reports
Mark this checkbox to include assets with the
Exclude memo asset from non PPT reports
checkbox marked in the Other tab in the current reports.Include assets used to track partner's outside basis
