Options > Select Assets 2 tab

Show all hidden content
By default, all reports include all applicable assets except those in the miscellaneous activity. However, you may specify that the selected report include only certain assets by selecting restrictions.
This tab can be accessed 1 of 2 ways.
  • From the Print window, select
    Options
    , then the
    Select Assets 2
     tab.
  • From the Custom Reports window, select the report or form, then
    Options
    .

Fields & buttons

Include all assets
This checkbox is marked by default for each report. If you want to exclude certain assets from the selected report, clear this checkbox, then select the specific items (cost/basis, net book value, methods, disposals, transfers, overrides, situses, and/or bonus) you want to exclude from the report.
First three categories below based on
Use this field to choose the treatment on which the first 3 categories should be based.
note
This field is available only for the Tax State Depreciation Adjustment, Other Asset Detail, Other Property Detail, the Asset Detail report for any custom treatment, the Property Detail report for any custom treatment, Comparative - Tax & AMT, Comparative - Tax & Book, and Comparative - Tax & Trtmnt Variable reports.
Cost/Basis / Net Book Value / Methods / Disposals / Transfers / Overrides / Situses / Bonus
If you want to print a subset of associations for the selected report (rather than all associations), select the categories to include or exclude.
Exclude from report
Lists the items (cost/basis, net book value, methods, disposals, transfers, overrides, situses, and/or bonus) to be excluded from the selected report.
Include in report
Lists the items (cost/basis, net book value, methods, disposals, transfers, overrides, situses, and/or bonus) to be included in the selected report.
Include memo assets marked as excluded from non PPT reports
Mark this checkbox to include assets with the
Include memo assets marked as excluded from non PPT reports
 checkbox marked on the Other tab in the current report. If this option isn't selected, any assets with this checkbox marked will be excluded from any report besides the Property Detail report.
Include assets used to track partner's outside basis
Mark this checkbox to include assets with the
Tracking partner's outside basis (1065 only)
 checkbox marked in the Other tab in the current reports.
note
This checkbox appears only when you're printing reports for 1065 clients.
