Use the Paragraph Layout dialog to change the layout of the current paragraph (that is, the paragraph in which the cursor is currently located). To change the layout of the entire client note, press CTRL+A in the Client Note dialog to select all of the text before opening this dialog.
To open this dialog, select the Paragraph button on the toolbar in the Client Note dialog.

Indentation group box
Left
Enter the distance, in inches, between the left margin and the paragraph text, or select the arrows to increase or decrease the distance by one-tenth of an inch.
Right
Enter the distance, in inches, between the right margin and the paragraph text, or select the arrows to increase or decrease the distance by one-tenth of an inch.
First Line
Enter the distance, in inches, that you want to indent the first line of the paragraph from the rest of the paragraph text, or select the arrows to increase or decrease the distance by one-tenth of an inch.
Alignment group box
Left / Center
- Select theLeftoption if you want the text to be aligned at the left margin.
- Select theCenteroption if you want the text to be centered.
