Client Listings dialog

Use this dialog to select the Client Listing, Status Summary, or Client Status History report.
To open this dialog, choose Utilities and then Client Listings.

Fields & buttons

General Client Information
Select this option to print the Client Listing report, which lists the clients processed and relevant data such as entity type, current processing period, year end, and number of assets.
You can use the
Sort
field next to the
General Client Information
option to arrange the report by various criteria. Select the desired criterion from the
Sort
drop-down list to organize the list accordingly. Note that the
Sort
field is not available until you mark the
General Client Information
option.
Status Summary
Select this option to print the Status Summary report, which lists the number and percentage of Fixed Assets CS clients logged for each user-defined status event. To set up custom status events, choose Setup and then System Configuration and select the Status tab.
Client Status History
Select this option to select the Client Status History report, which contains the following information for each Fixed Assets CS client: client ID, name, taxpayer identification number, event and status, logged date and time, and the preparer or staff who either logged the event or for which the event was scheduled.
You can use the
Sort
field next to the
Client Status History
option to arrange the report by client ID, client name, or fiscal year end. Note that the
Sort
field is not available until you mark the
Client Status History
option.
You can use the checkboxes below the
Client Status History
option to include status events logged by users as well as system events logged by Fixed Assets CS.
Include user-defined logged events
Mark this checkbox to include any user-defined status events logged for a client in the Client Status History report.

  • This field is not available until you select the
    Client Status History
    option in this dialog.
  • To set up custom status events, choose Setup and then System Configuration and select the Status tab.
Include Fixed Assets CS events
Mark this checkbox to include events that are automatically logged by Fixed Assets CS in the Client Status History report.

  • This checkbox is not available until you select the
    Client Status History
    option in this dialog.
  • When you mark this checkbox, the
    Include asset events
    and
    Exclude open/close events
    checkboxes become available.
Include asset events
Mark this checkbox to include asset detail events in the Client Status History report.

This checkbox is not available until you select the
Client Status History
option and mark the
Include Fixed Assets CS event
checkbox.
Exclude open/close events
Mark this checkbox to exclude client opening and closing events from the Client Status History report.

This checkbox is not available until you select the
Client Status History
option and mark the
Include Fixed Assets CS events
checkbox.
View Sample button
Select this button to see the type of information included in the corresponding report on the Client Listings dialog.
Continue button
Select this button to open the Select Clients for Report dialog.
