Fixed Assets CS enables individual users to customize several different options related to printing reports.
To open this tab, select Setup, then User Preferences, then the Print tab.

- Mark the checkbox next to an option to change its current setting.
- The options in the User Preferences window affect the current user, regardless of which client is currently open. All users of a network system may set their own preferences.
- These options can be changed at any time.
- When you selectOKto save the option settings in this window, they remain in effect until changed again.
Options
Print date on reports
Mark this checkbox to print the current system date on all reports.
Print time on reports
Mark this checkbox to print the current time on all reports.
Print borders on reports
Mark this checkbox to print a page border on each report.
Print EIN/SSN on reports
Mark this checkbox to print the client's employer identification number or Social Security number on all reports.
Print Client ID on reports
Mark this checkbox to print the client ID on all reports.
Include report options banner
Mark this checkbox to print a banner that lists all the print options you selected for each report.

Mark this checkbox to return to the Print window after previewing reports and forms. (By default, you are returned to the Asset List window after previewing reports and forms.)
