Fields & buttons

Create Fixed Assets CS folder in FileCabinet CS when a new client is added
Mark this to create an empty Fixed Assets CS folder in FileCabinet CS (if licensed) whenever you add a new client. The new folder is created in the FileCabinet CS data location that is associated with the Fixed Assets CS data location to which you add Fixed Assets CS clients. To set up Fixed Assets CS and FileCabinet CS data locations, select Setup, then System Configuration, then Data Locations.
note
When you add a new client through the File > New Client window, Fixed Assets CS creates a folder named 12/31/YY, where YY is the current year. If you later change the Fixed Assets CS client to a fiscal year-end client, you can delete the 12/31/YY folder using FileCabinet CS.
Automatic Backup group box

Permit a user-entered comment to be assigned to each backup (automatic backups only)
Mark this if you want to enter a comment for each backup of a client's data.
