Use this tab to enter the user-defined status events for use in tracking your clients' status. You can define up to 50 events, which are available to all clients. Use the Client Status window (which you can open by pressing F5) to log events for your client.
To open this tab, select Setup, then System Configuration, then the Status tab.

Fields & buttons

Event list
This list contains the user-defined status events that have been added to Fixed Assets CS.
Up button
Select this button to move the highlighted list item up 1 row.
Down button
Select this button to move the highlighted list item down 1 row.
Event
Enter the description of the client status event in this field.
Discourage Access button
Select this button to open the Discourage Access window, which you can use to configure status warnings for certain events.
Number of events to retain for each client
Use the arrow buttons to select number of events you want to retain for each client. You can retain up to 1000 status events per client.
