Fields and buttons
Number of days home used personally
Enter the number of days the home was used for personal use.
Number of days home rented
Enter the number of days the home was rented.
Total days of property use
This field displays the total number of days the home was used.
Percentage of depreciation allowed for rental
This field displays the percentage used to determine the depreciation enabled for the rental. Enter a new percentage in this field to override the calculated percentage.
Reset button
Select this button if you manually entered a percentage in
Percentage of depreciation allowed for rental
and want to reinstate the calculated percentage.
